Refund and Returns Policy – Thyme Printing
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.
Certain types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
To complete your return, you will need to provide your order number, which you received via email upon confirmation of your order.
Situations Where Only Partial Refunds or No Refunds Are Granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank, as there may be some processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at info@thymeprinting.co.za and send your item to:

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
